He Knows
Listen to the rantings and ravings of a loony man, He’ll tell you about the world, How we’ve all been here before, And how we’ll come again. It all looks the same, Nothing ever changes. There’s no different people, With no different names. Years come and years go, Days seem to take for ever There are those who hurry, And those who take a slower way. What does it all mean? The loony man asks, He has the answer, But he’s keeping it to himself. He’s the wise one in this world. We have a lot to learn, For the loony man is us, But from him we run. The truth is hard to take, When he tells it with no salt, Believe it or not, It is what it is.2001, Written January 24th, 2002 © on Jan 24 2002 06:56 AM PST 0 • 10
