Wandering

The emptiness in her soul Was apparent in her eyes. The fire in her, That had ignited her passions For life and love, Had been ground out By the heel of Time. Her life seemed to be lacking In excitement, But mostly in meaning. She's gone now. The stitched wrists Cross her lifeless heart In an empty pit Six feet under. Her soul has flown away, Searching for meaning on Earth Before heading to the Pearly Gates.Be Honest! Written November 30th, 2001 © on Nov 29 2001 03:37 PM PST   18 • 0 • 1
