The story of cheese
Cheese is big these days But it never started out that way Many, many ages back It was just another mouse snack Very lowly and humble Mice had no need to grumble Because there was enough cheese Even in winter's deep freeze Now what happened then Was a matter debated amongst men Some say it was a Judas mouse Oh what a horrid louse Giving the secret of cheese away In the fateful month of May The secret could not be kept But there came a time where many wept Armaggedon was threatening Because cheese supplies were dwindling So this coalition was formed To find the means of mass cheese production And spread the good news Of cheese and its wonderful ways Its multiple uses And so Armageddon was abandoned Because everyone had discovered the joys Of cheese And the world sank into a slumber Of beautiful peace The peace of cheeseIf everyone believed, there would be no Armageddon Cheese is *not* the enemy Written February 22nd, 2002 © on Feb 21 2002 11:53 PM PST 0 • 13
