Take it Like A Man

By considerately killing time

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Regret, like bile, slowly rises What the fuck have you gone and done She's tied you up with broken rope And you're only twenty one A hostage to your own creation You think about what could've been She can't offer you salvation You're dancing in a morbid dream You choke on the blast of reality When life is shouting it's demands You think about your independence It's shattered, ripped right from your hands (you better take it like a man)I hate my sister's boyfriend.....
