In Between
I have a past, it sits with you, I have a future, outlook blue, I have a present, in a place that's new, but worst of all I'm missing you. A good friend shares your happy past, and knows they share a future cast, destined to be until the last, all good friends share happy pasts. The future marks the friendships length, looking ahead gives friends their strength, and they know that future happiness brings, a friendships forever lasting that sings. There are times in a life that's in between, where here or there you try to lean, no past, to connect to, you must start clean, it's these in between times that make life mean.ok, the story about this..... I moved to a new school, have to make new friends.... no one will know me like my old friends.... but they won't know me like the new, I have no friends in my new home yet..... only close aquaintances...... to have a good friend, you have to have some good stories..... hence the reason why I'm simply in between.
