Summers Lust
By crestfallen
So rich is it that fills me, My mind and eyes in awe as such a shiny penetration fog, etches memory, what I saw. Like liquid grace they dance On a canvas painted haunting blue, My eyes filled with their starry light, until the mornings dew. A pale thin crescent of galactic rain Hangs low within the sky, It's sliver light shines down on me and urges me to fly. The gentle night now tremors in a warm and throaty cry, The thunderous clouds persue the moon in hopes to win the sky. In a breath of summers breeze floats an apple blossoms petal, I know I can't be safe from the storms seducing metal. I see it creeping closer, Summers lightning is her hair, The Goddess here betrays herself and I can't break my stare. The peaceful calm within my field, lays in wait for mothers wrath, But her love for all that lives blesses innocence with a bath. Scented by the blooming lilacs and kisses by Ceridwens love, Her blessing wets my nose Gently from above. That waxing galactic drop has surrendered to Her charm, knowing that her love for me keeps me far from harm. Though the sky around me breaks and her hair has licked the Earth, The Flames are doused with Silver and land begins Rebirth. Breathy breezes from my lover press airy kisses on my lips, I can feel his eyes upon me and the touch of finger tips. I'm embraced by his warmth and feel the beating in my chest, the thrill and fear excites me though I long to rest. I know it is inside me, The Storms beguiling lust my mouth is sweetly bitter, stained with blood of rust. Blissfully released from the powerful embrace, I feel the power in my veins but never saw his face. He hid within her main only I could coax him out, With nothing but a strawberry lip placed in a delicate pout. He came upon a strand of Divinity and lust because I love the rain and was birth'd by dust. I lay upon the grass, The Storm has now moved on I watch the stars pass over me, Until the break of dawn.
