Tears or Stars?

By crestfallen

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

The stars they dance upon your skin and the clouds twine into your hair, the sun is in your eyes and The moon is in your soul. The night lays its heart to you the sun will take your soul, Beware No One sees too much beware Some One knows to little, Love them both with equal care but worry comes with sun to dare The moon is loyal and in you deep when darkness comes, my pain shall sleep. With loyal arms the moon holds my tears, He keeps them in his coat of black to fight away my fears, He look down upon me with eyes of dead, and with his own sadness, the Demons in my mind are fed. To see my pain the others chide, That is why my hurt does hide. I need some one who understands, I need some one with gentle hands, I need some one to love and trust, I need some one who knows we're dust. I need some one with a simple smile, I need some one who knows my vile. My soul, my heart, not to have a Some One, be my no one, Some One is so hard to find, the persuit now failed and done, But Some One knows of all, and never love to be, Can look into my soul, and see what No One sees.
