Ring
By Dave Adam
See my heart there on your hand sure looks good there on your finger like the ring that I once gave you twisting there for him to love... Small circle of truth plain and unassuming perfect trust established hanging, dangling in a dump... Crying only hurts my finger my eyes have long dryed up golden symbol of devotion Hanging, dangling in a dump... See my heart there on your hand sure looks good there on your finger like the ring that I once gave you twisting there for him to love...Original art work titled: I Do 14"x26" acrylics on canvas board by Dave Adam. Painted for client originally as mural 14'x10' on stucco garage wall using instant gravy mix as stain and various colors of exterior latex gloss enamel. Original mural is on private property in Montana and was commisioned for an outdoor wedding reception. Image shown above in scan for this poem is of the canvas board /working prototype for job. Some have thought this art was a photograph (see comments below), this is my style. Dave Adam Written April 18th, 2002 © on Apr 18 2002 01:38 AM PST, Dr David A DAm 0 • 20 • 8
