Bingo Brain
By denlexx
My mother has a bingo brain She sees numbers in her sleep If she can't get her bingo She'll even start to weep She's one of the bingo junkies You see them round about They are usually in there sixties And they love to scream and shout They get their bingo fixes Three or four times a week You see them packed in bingo halls And hear there pens go squeak No one can ever help them They are lost forever to the bingo balls And if you don't want to catch it Stay away from the bingo calls I did once try to rescue her But alas it was too late I started to mark her bingo card It nearly sealed my fate I shouted, "house" And I was hooked The pound signs lit my eyes But then I ran for my life They saw through my disguise Never will I venture In to them hallowed halls People heed my warning Stay away from the bingo ballsthis one is for my poor mother who is lost to bingo ...lol Written February 20th, 2002 © on Feb 20 2002 05:39 AM PST, Dennis T Baker 0 • 14
