spectrum (challenge submission for gecko)

my love for her is a damask rose the sable death-time of my empty heart illuminated by her argent soul lifted trembling from amaranth despair the lupine depths long covering me fade hyacinth memory fades to ash, gives way to jonquil wishes --to gaze into her eyes of sienna see the absinthe flashes within secret incarnadine kisses placed gently upon rose madder lips, to trace nacre-white teeth with questing tongue catch my fingers in silken auramine delicate as celadon faerie-wings such longing, a garnet ache my twin, platinum to my ebony whole againhmmm...I think I like it. maybe a little obscure. that's ok though :p For gecko's absolutely wonderful challenge, asking poets to describe their love in terms of colours. inspired by Tina Brannon.
