LIFE

Awaken;  Early in the morning, A walk in the woods, Drawing deeply, the air so fresh, the sense of  exaltation, of fortitude. I could do with that. Immersed; In deep golden foam, A feeling of solace, warmth flowing, eyes unblinking, The top of the world, the pinnacle. I could do with that. Satisfied; all the world riches, strewn at my feet, Desires fulfilled, wants exceeded, Every wish a command, an order. I could do with that. Yet, I couldn't do with that. How could one have everything. What could he do with it. In true sense  to live, not just exist That! I could do with that. Written November 1st, 2000 © on Oct 31 2001 11:41 PM PST   0 • 9
