Ode to Lurie (not a limerick)

By Dragonlady

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I walk through her gardens, When the sun will not shine. Her words always cheer me, She’s a good friend of mine. Her cyber arms hug me, When I have a bad day. She comforts and encourages me. She makes my sadness go away. She offers me truth, When I am in denial. Her words show us a better way. And she ALWAYS makes me smile. I will always be grateful, For what she’s done for me. She’ll forever hold a place in my heart. I love her dearly…. Lurie.I wanted to write something for awhile. The words just found me tonight. I'm glad.
