True Love

I used to think there was such a thing as true love, where you could fall in love eternal with the guy of your dreams Now, I'm not so sure anymore. Was it just a childish dream to think so? or a fantasy to be filled? Lonliness can mar perception like an intoxicating drink bitter and cold, it can make you take up what was cast down before and make it seem a revered escape from reality. There is no shining knight in armor - I know and accept that Yet, I look around myself and see those who give their hearts and recieve others in return and wonder - is it something to do with me?
