Colours Collide

By dyejunkie

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Blinding light Gloomful darkness All meet to grey When ultimately challenged The blue-green sea and the grey-black sky eventually meet at the horizon Or do they? Supremely seperated by some ancient curse? Human intervention was never enough, Have we done too much? Too little? Perception never was our greatest virtue. Good... Evil... What is right or wrong? With truths like these who needs lies? A million colours collide beneach the stars Flowing and merging together Brilliant, glowing, radient colours, still eventually all fade to black.I wrote thus while watching my girlfriend paint, when she mentioned I always seem to relate everything to habving a good and an evil side. Colours can show a lot about a person :) Written March 20th, 2002 © on Mar 21 2002 04:47 AM PST   0 • 13
