The Shortest poem ever written
By Eagle
I sat down with a notebook and a pen Hoping to describe you in just a few words Assuming I could sum you up in a nice little poem Barely even one line long But that's when I remembered A picture's worth a thousand words And you're a moving picture of perfection I figured it out, at thirty frames a second I'd have to write you eighty six million four hunderd thousand words Just to come up with a day of what you mean to me I couldn't write you the shortest poem And I couldn't write you the longest So I just you'd like to know you're worth more words than I can count Written March 23rd, 2002 © on Mar 23 2002 02:30 PM PST 0 • 8
