Load your semi-automatic Grab your weapons And prepare your insults Shout at each other Then maybe shoot Hate each other Before you ever meet Write your poems And blast them loud Knock those who've worked hard In a matter of seconds Use the same old formula All you have to do Is blast names and pretty verbs You have to get a dictonary out to understand Just make sure it's all bad Even when you're feeling good You're a real poet now Yeah Next thing you know Somebody will use you to become a real poet tooHrmmmm... Not saying depressing, dark, swearing or violent poems are bad things... But when you use them as a way of making your poem "rock" rather than of being a personal message you just have to write down, it becomes another on the lists of fads people run into.
