Breathing In Twilight
By Emmerson
Breathe with me this moment, Listen and close your eyes. I’ll show you what I see, Under this moonlit sky. Allow all your senses, To let go and follow me. On a magical journey, Beyond the starry sea. Here the ocean meets the heavens, So picturesque and serene. The sky alights in colours, Unlike any others you’ve seen. Waves of pinks, splashes of blue, Dance across twilight. The sun goes down and the stars come out, Welcoming the night. High above in astral plains, Moonbeams reflect all around. Creating spirals of colours, On earth that can’t be found. Through the stars is sprinkled, And alphabet of love. Words form in galaxies, That shine down from above. Clear your mind of troubles, Lay them down next to me. I’ll send them out on the waves, Of the starry sea. Take long deep breathes so soothing, Tranquillity is in your hands. Find yourself with me in this moment, Together we’ll glide through this starry land. Written February 26th, 2002 © on Feb 25 2002 09:22 PM PST 18 • 0 • 10
