Goddess for all Eternity
By Emmerson
The flare of an oil painting, Drifts across the canvas of my dreams. My world painted into little sections, Midnight blue shadows me into sleep. With a touch so soft and fine, My eyelids begin their rest. Smudged breathes of the never ending, Create the sunken hollow in my chest. Crimson red is chosen, To be feathered across my lips. Apricot and cream colours blended, To form the curvature of my hips. The moon is illuminated, Upon the midnight blue. Highlighting feminine beauty, With the lightest touch of gray, pink and blue. Sleeping upon this canvas, With eyes painted alive. A goddess for all eternity, Timelessly captured for your eyes.Gecko... made this background & I pinched it for the poem, pretty funky hey!
