Pardon me, but do you have the time?
By evangelina
Excuse me, sirs, but in case you can't see, there is definitely something wrong here between us and me. You see, there is not one cup of coffee in this boring little shop. And quite honestly, I'm not sure if you should be eating that porkchop. The food has been on the floor, but, hey!, if ya'll want more... be my guest. Mind if I stretch my legs right next to your precious plate of bacon and eggs? Early morning blues don't give too much of a boost for my attitude. Hahahahaha, oh you've noticed! Well, don't mind me, dear stranger, I'm only this way on a full moon. Could I possibly charm you out of a cigarette? And if I playfully winked at you this mornin' and give you my best southern drawl, do you think I could borrow that sweet little 'Vette? No, I don't think I'll get my way. But, yea, I thought it was worth a shot. If at first you don't succeed..., Yes, sir, that's what I was taught. Keys? To the 'Vette? What do you mean...to shut me up? Well, better than nothin', I guess. Here, let me buy you another cup... of...what is this, anyway? It reeks of fish. Hell, I must be on my way. Thank you for the keys, and have a nice day!I'm bored. It's almost four in the morning, and I'm bored. ;) Written March 15th, 2002 © on Mar 14 2002 07:53 PM PST 10 • 0 • 14
