Visions

A one way cloud of soggy visions, Blinding my descriptive sight, Along the shores of no remorse, I feel you close tonight. Sailing across the open sea, Your troubling words get to me, Lonely and sad the feelings I had, Locked up inside feeling alone tonight. Across the land of desert floors, Wanting to be close I feel no more, Drying up what I feel inside, Nothing more do I have to hide. Muffled sounds of feelings I had, Drags me down and clenches my hand, Holds on tight and wont let go, What I had I would not show. Hate so deep in a river of sleep, I lay in a bed of castle sand, Pressing upon the vast land, I feel I've lost what I once had. Feelings inside bottled within, I feel it now all slipping thin, What was inside should have never begun, The sting of my head rambling on. On to a better place out there, I look to the stars and begin to stare, Out there deep in the great unknown, Something so calm begins to show. What once was closed up and bottled within, Makes its way out shinning again, Bright and brilliant the radiance I feel, Something so close, Something so real. A feeling deep inside opens my eyes, Great and true I feel something for you, Close and near we begin to steer, We chose the path in which we call near. Soaring free in the skies, Feeling so great to my surprise, Pulling you near to me I see, The feelings inside of you set me free.
