I Cry Out Now!

By Fred

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

One hurt too many, now that's where I stand, My feet firmly anchored in life's quick sand. She hurt my heart and she broke me in two I cry out now, with nothing left to do. I was hurting badly when she came along But with her love, she helped make me strong. She said she would be there for me always And for once, I saw the sun's golden rays. But abruptly my sun set that dreadful night She stole my sun's rays so shiny and bright. She said that our relationship was through I cry out now, with nothing left to do! Now my heart is broken permanently No other lady can ever fix me! For with the last one, my whole heart flew I cry out now, with nothing left to do!
