If The Storm Won't Cease
By Fred
What if the storm won't cease? And the currents rock my little boat? Lord, wilt thou my soul release? To the overcoming winds of sorrow? Or if the storm keeps howling fierce? And my whole world were just to darken? Wilt thou allow Satan my ship to pierce? Or to my fearful, cries wilt thou harken? My child, I'll never leave thee alone Is my grace not greater than the storm? When upon life's waves thou art thrown Did you think I'd just leave thee torn? Or maybe you thought I'd let you drown When still you are my precious child Smile now, don't you wear no frown. The storm you're facing is very mild I call it mild because I walk with you So you never go through by yourself When it rains I carry my child through Now don't you worry about nothing else.
