If I Cry

By Freeway

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

If I cry will you delete my tears will you boot up your P.C. reminding me in e-mail not to fear? If I cry will you restore my descending faith by creating a greeting card on your computer while I wait? If I cry will you be my cyber buddy and then crash my pain and heartache by forwarding e-mail funnies? If I cry will you grant me indication that God's angels fly above by sending a link of inspiration? If I cry will you visit my chat room and elevate my spirit as though you're feeding me with a spoon? If I cry from pain that's real and not a hoax will you mark on your calendar reminders to forward me jokes? If I cry will you take a break from using excel deciding to rise to the occasion and send me a spiritual tale? If I cry will you store my e-mail address using it to encourage me to meet life's challenges at my best? If YOU cry not knowing why or having a clue drop me a note so I can e-mail jokes, angels and love to YOU. Written November 15th, 2001 © on Nov 15 2001 12:43 AM PST   10 • 8 • 12
