Time

By G man767

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

If Time is the time needed for morning to become night... or to walk from home to school... then Time is the measured delay, in between, to move from Here to There, from Now to Then (Now to Then). And if time is what happens during the while of distance in between leaving and arriving then Time is a road travelled by a traveller, moving at whatever rate of speed. Were a traveller to move so, so...so unimagineably fast-- Faster than Light, perhaps-- would all distance ever, concievably, disappear? If so, the Time it takes would be no time at all. --Uncle Greg Written December 30th, 2001 © on Dec 30 2001 10:29 AM PST    0 • 9
