A tiny sound
By Grannyrosie
A TINY SOUND Ego shattered. Yes! It mattered. Waltzed in like a fool. Strong mind bent, By dark intent. Used up, like a tool. Mind pictures flaring, No repairing. Damage has been done. Should have known, When seed was sown, Daydreams fly undone. Heart withdrawing, Hopes not soaring, Fallen into deep abyss. Once more rejection, Another section, Of this heart, I miss. Tears of sorrow, Dried with memories. Cold and dark the greatest friend. Face each tomorrow, Bleak and lonely. Where does heart abuse end? Draw a graph. Ups and downs. Laughter seldom. Deep dark frowns. Weakness of the mind is showing. Self respect is quickly going. Thunder roaring. Rain is pouring. Wind throwing life around. Lightning searing. No one hearing.
