LOVE At least once in a lifetime, There should be, for me and you, A love to write a story of, A fairy tale come true. Sweet and gentle tenderness, Soul consuming fire, To have had such a love, Hearts great yearning desire. Love to rise in passion, With the twinkling of an eye A love that coasts on comfort, Neither party could deny. Filling every day and night, Not strangling, but close, Picking each other up, when down, A love that doesn't have a ghost. Love that takes two, hand in hand, Through life's treacherous highway, Complete with map, for courage, Stops, and every byway. Companionship, compatibility, An all consuming plot, That, 'Until Death Do Us Part' thing, A love that means, the lot.
