ODE TO CHEESE Camembert is my favourite, Specially crumbed, deep fried, with Cranberry sauce, Swiss sets my soul on fire. Edam tickles my taste buds, Jarlsburg fulfils my every desire. Partial to the Blue Vein ones, Adore smoked, or chock full of fruit. Good, old-fashioned matured cheddar, Such healthy, glowing pursuit. Lash out with Parmesan liberally. Create gourmet delights with CHEESE. Mortzarella on my Pizza, Makes it slide down with ease. What would a yummy cheesecake be Without that Philly cream? Deprive me of Cottage, with pineapple or chives, I will carefully, and loudly, scream. Potato Bake, with bacon and onions, Cream, salt and pepper too, Would never do without the cheese. This I promise you. Cauliflower, or broccoli, Without a cheesy sauce, Like sex is for an earthworm, No thrill in second course. Set up platters of cheeses, crackers.
