Winds of change
By Grannyrosie
WINDS OF CHANGE A zephyr, invading the corners of my heart, Warming with tenderness, from the very start. Over riding commonsense, and realities call, Whispering, “Love, sweet love, give your all”. That zephyr then became a gentle breeze, Invading heart and mind, with skilful ease, Convincingly persuading reticence to leave, “This love will surely never, make you grieve”. A wind of fire and passion, rose so strong. Speaking wildly of those arms where I belong. Stirring the dust devils of this soul, “Come dance with me my love, make your life whole”. Shrieking, whirling tornado, struck so fast, No mercy in that strong, relentless blast. Holding me close within the centre of that storm, Moulding love, to perfect shape and form.. Zephyr once again resides within this soul. Calmness and peace of love’s sweet control. Weathered the storm of passions fire and lust, Preparedness now, to place in love, pure trust.
