I can't stand it all the air is so still it's hard to breathe today and all I feel is my skin peel and all I want is to say Is someone there, listening? can someone please turn down the ^H^E^A^T^ can someone please hear me I wish that I could escape the heat I walk my life on a tightrope of unkept forgotten words and all I see is that they're after me a tornado of black angry birds Is someone there, listening? can someone please turn down the ^H^E^A^T^ can someone please leave me be I wish that I could escape the heat well they can fly but so can I I can escape if I only try but they press on and still they chase I wish that they would forget my face my life it ends but I must mend for the sins committed by men but still I flee too much for me (pause) IS IT EVER GOING TO END?! Is someone there, listening? can someone please turn down the ^H^E^A^T^ damnit can't you all see that I'm suffocating, this is the end of me just let me be I cant take it all, I cant take the heat this is the end... is someone there to turn down the heat...?well.....I figured everyone shouldtry to write a song once.....and it's hot out...I dunno.....lemme know what you think....
