She

I see myself right in the mirror But I'm not sure that I am there She's on my mind, she's in my heart But I can't see her, it's so hard She calms me with a simple "hi" And makes my heart sink with goodbye Her eyes they seem so innocent Her body is a compliment I'm patient while she finds her way I hope I get the chance to say How much she really means to me She's all I ever want to be She's simple and that's why I love her She is so sweet and so sincere I wish that she were standing here I'm better when she's helping me I'm better with her company I've searched myself for every word But none are good enough for her She's special in a million ways Her personality displays I'm happy that she is my friend She's always got an ear to lend Without her I'd feel so alone She makes me understand and grow She's simple and that's why I love her Written February 4th, 2002 © on Feb 05 2002 12:49 PM PST   20 • 0 • 8
