creature of the night

She smiled still so sweetly with a knife in one dead hand a slash a gash beneath her chin yet still her smile so innocent She didn't know her white shirt-red or that her vision-lost but all she seemed to understand was it was all my fault Her crazy eyes did shift to mine and her teeth white stained red her weet smile dimmed to grin as she called for me to come I felt a pain as I did stir to leave this fearful thought waking in the mid of night to find my sanity gone Written January 4th, 2002 © on Jan 04 2002 09:48 AM PST   10 • 0
