The Battle...

By Jonathan Wikkins

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

It is I,     the muse… I have returned,     once again… For another message     has been given… This time it is one     on how the battle           will be fought… Parts of the battle coming,     will be bloody… Trouble is,     when someone defeats           the Evil they see,               Lucifer’s power could                     change them to look “normal”                         in death… Not as they truly were in life… Those minions of Evil     could be what is known           as “shape shifters”… And when the Evil is defeated,     the person they inhabited           is what is left, in death… A person who is “possessed”,     is not always obvious           to the naked eye… In fact most are not obvious,     they could even be           your next door neighbor… But as those     who are to fight them           awaken,               they will have                     the ability to see them,                         as they truly are… But if you don’t have that ability,     to see Evil as it truly is,           you may never see the demons inside… Even when that Evil is defeated,     and the person possessed has           been killed… That is the Evil’s greatest weapon,     deception… It will deceive you     whenever it can… So that you do     its fighting for it,           whenever possible… And you don’t even know     you’ve been deceived… Be careful what you believe,     for it could be YOU,           who has been deceived… It is I,     the muse… I shall return again… © Jonathan Wikkins April 11, 2002 Revised March 3, 2008 All Rights ReservedWritten April 11th, 2002 © on Apr 11 2002 03:12 AM PST, David Michael Shurtleff   other • society • thoughts
