YOu take my hand and kiss it, And tell me I'm the one, You say you've always looked for me, On past the rising sun, You tell that when you return, We'll marry in your castle, But we'll make it simple, You say I need no hassle, You you smile at me and kiss my lips, And tell me don't be shy, I'll come back when this war is over, You needn't ask a why, I hurried in to tell my parents, My wishes have some true, But my parents said aloud togehter, No knight will marry you, My father says to marry, The farmer's oldest son, I tell him that my knight, Is my only one, He laughs aloud, At my knight, But he'll take me away, And make everything alright.
