a blue & white four posted splendordark wheels on a dark railyour midnight ride into tomorrow.I absorb your dreams, your darknessmy clouds extend the human formsee them black and dripping with rain.you lie as if deadskin clammy, thick withthe smell of sweat, or death:how long will you sleep?rain collects on the roof, falls: a growing river in the gutter.when you're vulnerable, I bite youI am the monsters that make you scream, the wicked voice just beside your ear.hear the rain grow, echoing in the night.hear the screams and yells, all to my delight.as I watch your dirty use of sexualitythe ignorant passion of people together undoing their safteyI watch, I record, I even tell your mother.all the midnight sounds, they gather in your brainyou twisting madly, caught in soiled sheets.this helpless, twisting, pathetic formmy grace has been your survival, but nowamidst screaming your sheets become a ropethe maddness free at last, free to roam:I shall awaken, and you ever sleeping.hmm Written July 24th, 2001 © on Jul 24 2001 06:26 AM PST, Kevin Watt    0 • 1
