I held the sky as it fell

I am a good story, I am the red girl with black hair leaving home. a montlake drainpipe was dry and warm, but it wasn't home I left myself behind with the family pet - each dependency sickens me, again a hired killer, each screaming drip echoes into the silence I bought as I removed the headphones for the first time that day, what could I understand without music? No more the twisting melodies into the echoing church No more the soft whispers of lost children along the bony corridor It's an underground-alone counting the dark paths I can't remember entire lives full of anti-capitalist ramblings, love and it's gloss so badly needing a haircut each step towards the wall, I abandon again the urge for homehmm Written November 25th, 2001 © on Nov 25 2001 08:02 AM PST, Kevin Watt    0 • 12
