A pocketful
By Kiah
Head full of dreams and a pocketful of guilt. We’ve weaved these lives like a quilt. Through our toils and through our time. We’ve done what we could & found what we could find. Just like the blanket that as a child you did cling. Lives have become tattered and the edges are fringed. So now with a pocket full of dreams and a head full of guilt. You must lay in the bed that you've built. Written November 23rd, 2001 © on Nov 23 2001 02:56 PM PST 0 • 1
