A Lucky Number?
By KissTheSkyPH
Softer than the touch of more familiar fingers,Your hesitation yields to the unorthodox.A secret smile I was never supposed to see.Softer than the sound of sweeter singing,Your laughter rings through my eyesLike the wind chimes that you worry at my windowpane.Softer than the scent of musky mannersYour un-uttered suggestion sways me from the certain. You’re nothing to me but you offer a world in the curve of your lip. This is about an isolated event and I doubt it makes any sense to anyone but me. Therefore I don't want critical comments. However, the poem is very personal to me and I like it. Written November 1st, 2001 © on Nov 01 2001 08:58 AM PST 18 • 0 • 10
