I Don't Want To Die
By KissTheSkyPH
I need to leave the sickly city lights behind me And venture off where no one else can find me Where the affectionate embrace of stone and water can’t be lost upon my ears. I need to find a shady seat among the dancing trees And greet a river’s constant flow while quiet on my knees Where the overwhelming feeling of humility can’t be lost upon my heart. I need to lose myself in the celestial blues above And make myself a rapt apprentice to the veterans of love Where the innocence of every divine exchange can’t be lost upon my mind.
