He knew me

By kittycatds

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I thought he knew me When his lips pressed mine When he said I was his I thought he knew me When his world was mine When our dreams were one I thought he knew me When we fought for no reason When we made up so quick I thought he knew me When he bought things for fun When we fall so quick I thought he knew me When he almost cried at my pain When I gave birth to our child I thought he knew me So I let him be free So I tried not to complain I thought he knew me Til he wanted to be free I thought he knew me I thought he knew me...it changed it quite a bit... which is a first for me... hope it flows better now Written September 26th, 2001 © on Nov 07 2001 10:55 AM PST   18 • 0 • 1
