I Hate Humanity
By Kym
This miserable, stinking, filthy Earth Laughs at we, the people Hearts, rotten to the core Mock the innocent and the young Where is the Love? Brotherhood is a word used To make us feel better While the government Tears away at our children and other children Aren't all the children of the world important? Where is the Humanity? I thought this land was your land and our land But it's only THEIR land and they don't give a damn About lending a helping hand Only about the money that is in their handsOkay, one day I will add a recent poem, LOL. This one was written when I was fourteen and disgusted with the way humans treat each other, governments in general. Written March 30th, 1985 © on Nov 20 2001 03:58 AM PST 0 • 1
