Demi-Lonely

By LlamaX

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I've got handfuls of friends, with their beautiful charms. But I've not someone who I can hold in my arms. I've got handfuls of friends, who can cheer when I grieve. But I've not someone who through my oneness can cleave. I've got handfuls of friends, For their lives I'd give mine. But I've not someone who On whose heart I can shine. I've got handfuls of friends, My sadness they atone. But I've not got someone, As for now, I'm alone. Written March 10th, 2002 © on Mar 10 2002 03:48 AM PST   18 • 0 • 10
