I am the bug lady, coo-coo cachoo
By Lone Poet
It was held atop the playful lady's hand I saw as she lifted a grand legged spider, Afraid, I shrieked and ran, begging her to hide 'er tried meekly to stay and bravely withstand, gave a swift peek, me, this naive warrior fighter Three days after, I had a scary dream, upon my left hand was spied a hairy bug Cried out in alarm, half dazed, so it may seem, into the nightstand my arm mightily swung My unconscious mind awakened from the bed to find my hand swollen, red and in severe pain, A make-believe voice inside my head laughed and said: "Better never see a fake rubber spider again!" (c) 6/01, 3/04 SmSYes, this really happened. Went to a Ren. Faire, lady had a big old rubber spider on her hand. Days later, had a vivid dream and it was on my hand, so I flung my hang into the nighttable (trying to shake it off) and I ended up w/sprained hand! Moral: Don't put the nightstand too close to your bed and stay away from ladies w/bugs! Written February 7th, 2002 © on Feb 06 2002 06:47 PM PST, Sheryl Marcia Schwartz 14 • 7 • 4
