More Computer Woes
By Lone Poet
Personal computers just don't understand what it is like to be a real woman or man, Why can't they feel or talk the way I am? first they need a voice activation program Memory comes and memory goes where RAM ends up, nobody knows, My desktop's too sloppy to get stuff done I need a laptop to have more fun I'd love a soft touch keyboard for my fingers to feel and one of those wireless mice with a wheel So I wouldn't be tripping on the power cord, Got no money left for a zip disk to afford Wish my windows didn't always freeze make the crippled clock work, pretty please? Last time I got the darn thing going, that out-to-lunch battery began slowing Seems my lofty tower takes too much space for me and the whole stupid human race, Next time I buy a brand new 'puter hopefully mine will be so much cuter Today everything is green and blue MacIntosh has got one for you, too, If a rip-off clone is where you're at it'll break your bank in seconds flat Rewritables and floppies are full to the top I shop for those that are cream of the crop If I had a way cool, bigger hard drive someday it might even become alive Well, I don't know what else to say about uncooperative PC's anyway, Unless I come up with something to write I'll just stop and say nighty-byte! © 10/00, 3/04 SmSThis is part 2 of my Computer Woes...woe is me!! lol Written March 4th, 2002 © on Mar 03 2002 05:07 PM PST, Sheryl Marcia Schwartz 14 • 7 • 4
