What happened to the times we used to share? The smiles, the secrets, and our fears? Where are the good memories? What happened to our friendship after all these years? I remember the day we became friends, Your smile stood out among the rest. It was a little bit friendlier, You became a friend, my best. I used to think we would never separate, That together we would grow old and gray. Yet, look at us now, Look what happened after that dreaded day. That day the laughs were a little bit fewer, And the tears a little bit more. We yelled and said some things we shouldn't have, My heart grew very sore. I went home that day and cried, I cried out of fear.
