You've got time, that's what they always say but that's not true now, I won't be here another day Used to think I could conquer the world fight anything and beat anything they hurled but now the time is over and its all through against time you can't beat it or cause a coup there's so much I did do but so much more sometimes you have to wonder what this life is even for I had a good life, with children and family named Camble but now the time has come going to have to ramble I don't want to leave there's so much more to see but the door is locked and fastened I can't find the key what was once so abundant time now is so fleeting I thought I knew the path but I don't know where it was leading thought I was going to be a writer I did publish a lot of books somehow those always garnered me some quite nasty looks and now everything is evaporating into many mysts I know I'm going to heaven I know I made the lysts but it seems there were things to do things I need to finish but still there's more I want to see and do and think but now it seems everyone above is pulling rank time to go home they say I know now there's no denying I love you always please don't think I'm lying just remember life is precious there's isn't time abundant go now to the church go attend the service of Lint now I feel my life passing away from me there's no stopping now he's already paid the feeWritten November 30th, 2001 © on Nov 29 2001 05:13 PM PST, Michael Edward London angst
