I wanted to capture your golden words toying with verbs and investigating the complexities of meaning rearranging and rephrasing to reassure my own thoughts I wanted to print your words reviewing and reframing the calligraphy on the unsaturated paper of my eager mind to fulfill my own desires I wanted to resend your words the passionate promises for you to reconsider and to repeat to shield me from desolution But then I set your words free white doves flying off in the night white doves nesting in the mildness of the muted Moon to return to me as silver star-dust myraSometimes it is good to let go ...
