Good and Bad Food

By naninina

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Rough, or joyful times All should be suitable for you and for me It really doesn't matter who's wrong and who's right Just because, this is Life and let us fall in love with it We can relax and be mellow and feel the gentle breeze We can pretend that we are strong and stand in the storm Whoever we are All is acceptable Just because, this is Life and it's full of everything, good and bad What we see, is what we swallow 'Cause the world is one big, mysterious plate from where we get our soul food to fill up these precious, forever starving hearts We chew and we chew again everything on this big plate, whether it tastes good or bad It doesn't really matter who's to blame Just because, this is Life Let us fall in love with it Written March 29th, 2002 © on Mar 28 2002 06:58 PM PST   18 • 0 • 12
