Reconciliation

By naninina

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Would I become who I have become if you and I weren't meant to be? That is a question I'll never know the answer Would I be the person that I am if I didn't come out of your womb? This is a question you and I will never find out Would I be the friend, the lover and the daughter that I am now if I weren't blessed? The questions don't matter anymore I am grateful for who I amSome have abused and treated me wrong. But I have forgiven them. Written March 5th, 2002 © on Mar 04 2002 07:59 PM PST   18 • 0 • 8
