I hope I pray For one beautiful day For my wife to be Shall accept my ring, while on one knee I would ask her to love With her heart, soul, to be pure as a dove I know it will be so Because I am her true Romeo If She says yes to being mine I will set that day in time When our love for each other will shine I wait for my love Black tuxedo in all Knowing this is it As a tear slowly falls She is dressed in all white She is a princess to this knight So many emotions she does now ignite For this day we wed So many things shoot through my head But I take her hand Tears on her cheek says she understands We both say our vows And then comes I do I turn to my bride and whisper “ I LOVE YOU” I take my bride To the castle we shall flee It is my love and I Just my lovely Juliet and me -nytepoetry Written October 20th, 2001 © on Oct 20 2001 08:53 AM PST, J.C.
