Grace

By Pat G

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Grace, it is the final blessing, freely given, unsuspecting. Men will say He is all knowing yet will question His bestowing when they open books of learning seeking solace for their yearning they'll intrepret their own meaning to the lessons long time given. They must strive in their conversion to adhere to their own version. Pious people bent on trying can forget that in all dying... Grace, it is the final blessing freely given, unsuspecting.Written after a household visit on my doorstep by two people who were rigid in their beliefs.
